Selim Lioui is a public affairs and regulatory strategy consultant specialising in public-private dialogue across France, Morocco and Tunisia. A graduate of Sciences Po Lyon and the Sorbonne, he spent five years at Clear Channel France as adviser to the Executive Management and then to the Chair. Based in Rabat for the past two years, he supports organisations in their dialogue with Moroccan institutions and in their regulatory positioning in Morocco and France.
