Selim Lioui

Selim Lioui is a public affairs and strategic communications consultant. A graduate of Sciences Po Lyon and Université Paris Sorbonne, he built his expertise at the intersection of institutional advisory work, regulation and government relations on both sides of the Mediterranean.

He spent five years at Clear Channel France, a major player in out-of-home communications, first as adviser to the Executive Management and then to the Chair. He led the company’s institutional relations in France and Monaco.

A specialist in public-private dialogue, he has supported organisations across a range of sectors — biotechnology, non-profits, digital platforms — in making sense of their regulatory frameworks in France and North Africa.

Based in Rabat for the past two years, he supports European companies in their market entry and regulatory positioning in Morocco.
